What does Zeno actually deliver?
Strategy, creative direction, 3D concept + renders, engineering and drawings, permitting/compliance, fabrication (carpentry, metal, graphics), AV/lighting, logistics and customs, show-services paperwork, on-site install/dismantle, and post-show storage/refurb. You’ll have one PM from brief to debrief.
How do you start the design?
Annotated renders, plan/elevation, experience flow, materials/finishes, lighting/AV concept, and a compliance checklist. Two revision rounds are included; additional iterations follow a transparent change-order process.
How do you handle engineering, safety, and approvals?
Stamped drawings as required, structural calcs, fire-retardant certificates, CE/UL where applicable, rigging plots, egress and accessibility reviews, and venue/shell-scheme coordination. We submit forms and track approvals.
Which materials and finishes can we choose?
Custom carpentry, aluminum/steel, tension fabric, premium veneers, recycled panels, LED lightboxes, printed acoustic panels, and low-VOC paints/inks. We mock up touchpoints and provide physical samples on request.
